Have you considered a Winter Photoshoot? You might assume that Worthy Photography takes a break during the winter and resumes family photoshoots next summer.
Think again!
We adore Autumn and Winter for photography. Even on a dark and grey day, as long as it's relatively dry, you can capture some fantastic, atmospheric moments during a winter photoshoot. We enjoy bundling up in hats and scarves and heading outdoors on a cold, blustery day. We can create lovely memories, reminding us that there's no need to stay indoors when it's chilly!
Here are 5 Reasons why a winter photoshoot is a great idea:
1. No sun in Winter Means no Squinting.
You can look at the camera and each other with genuine smiles and see each other's eyes!
2. No sun means a more even light to shoot in.
Winter light is ideal—bright but not glaring. It can create beautifully vibrant photographs.
3. No sun means it is quieter out and about.
This allows us to have more fun running around without disturbing others. The quieter atmosphere lets us enjoy the moment more fully!
4. Winter Clothes are just the best, especially on little people.
Hats, scarves, and gloves are adorable on children! Enough said!
5. Winter colors provide browns, oranges, greens, whites, and blues.
The experience will have a distinctly different feel from a summer shoot, but we think it's fantastic!

We're eager to do a snowy shoot too, so if it snows this winter, PLEASE CONTACT US as we'd love to capture a family enjoying the snow. It's on our Bucket List!
